The purpose of the project / The general objective of the project / The specific objectives of the project:
The aim/objective of the project is to achieve a technological transfer for implementation of the “Zero paper” concept in order to complete and launch on the market an integrated software platform for logistics systems management.
The specific objectives are:
1. Realization of pilot plans for the digitization of logistics processes (collection and integration of data through systems digital) in order to implement the “0 paper” concept.
2. Development of the software application for digitization of logistics processes based on the pilot plans made.
3. The launch of the integrated software platform for the management of logistics systems as a result of the integration
the digitalization software application of logistics processes.
Project results:
1. The pilot plans for the digitization of logistics processes (collection and integration of data through
digital systems) in order to implement the “0 paper” concept.
2. The software application for digitizing logistics processes was developed based on the pilot plans made.
3. The integrated software platform for the management of logistics systems was launched as a result of the integration
the digitalization software application of logistics processes.
Date of signing the financing contract: 02.02.2022
Project implementation period: 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2023
Total value of the financing contract: 1,346,456.26 lei
Non-refundable eligible amount from the ERDF: 826,209.43 lei
Non-refundable eligible amount from the national budget: 145,801.66 lei
The amount of non-refundable financing of the financing contract: 972,011.09 lei
The financing project “Integrated Software Platform for Logistics Systems Management“, whose the beneficiary is the company NEXTWELL INTL SRL, it was co-financed by REGIO – Regional Operational Program, based the financing contract concluded with the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, as management authority, and the West Regional Development Agency as an intermediate body.
