Enterprise-grade security, built for companies with complex transport operations
FAQ
How is Deliwell different from other TMS platforms?
Most TMS platforms were built for Western European or global markets but fall short when it comes to the regulatory complexity of operating across EU member states. Deliwell is different in three ways:
Most TMS platforms are built for large enterprises — complex, expensive, and slow to implement, often taking 6–18 months to roll out. Deliwell is not an enterprise TMS. It's built for modern mid-sized to enterprise logistics teams that need to move fast — with quick setup (live in 1–2 weeks for standard setups, or 4–6 weeks with ERP integration), lower costs, and an intuitive experience your team can actually adopt.
It's also designed specifically for European companies running local and international transport operations, with compliance for e-CMR, e-Invoicing, country-specific mandates like Romania's e-Transport, and emerging EU-wide digital regulations built directly into the platform — not added later through workarounds. Whether your freight moves domestically, across EU borders, or into non-EU markets, Deliwell handles the regulatory mix natively. When fiscal authorities or EU regulators update their requirements, our compliance team updates the platform proactively — before it affects your operations. No support tickets. No waiting.
And unlike traditional systems built for a single department, Deliwell is made for all teams involved in your logistics — operations, finance, sales and management team working together in one shared system.
In short: Deliwell gives you a fast, compliant, and easy-to-use alternative to heavyweight enterprise TMS platforms — built for European operators with international reach.
What are the core features of the Deliwell platform?
Deliwell runs your full transport operation in five sequential stages — the way your day actually unfolds, from planning to settlement — with one strategic pillar built across all of them.
The workflow, end to end:
01 · Plan & Forecast — Capture demand, anticipate volume, and plan capacity before transport happens. Build next week's plan in one sitting instead of an entire Friday afternoon.
02 · Source & Allocate — Manage carriers and contract rates, allocate transports by rules, or send to spot when needed. One source of truth for who carries what, at what price.
03 · Execute & Track — GPS-linked live map, real-time ETAs, and exception alerts for dispatchers and customers. No more "where's my truck?" phone calls.
04 · Deliver & Document — ePOD, automatic CMR / e-CMR, delivery notes, and dock handling — paperwork generated, signed, and filed without anyone retyping it.
05 · Settle & Audit — Freight audit, self-billing, and reconciliation so the invoice that arrives matches the transport that actually happened.
The strategic pillar — built across every stage:
Fiscal Compliance — Full ANAF integration, e-Transport UIT lifecycle, and e-Factura, with the architecture in place to extend to KSeF (PL), RTIR (HU), and SDI (IT).
And running underneath it all: role-based access control, multi-entity support for groups and subsidiaries, a carrier portal for your partners, driver & fleet management, and a KPI dashboard covering cost, on-time performance, and document compliance.
One platform, your workday, end to end.
Do I need an EDI or API connection to use Deliwell?
No — EDI and API connections are optional, not required. Deliwell is fully functional as a standalone web platform from day one. Your team can create transport orders, manage carriers, generate documents, and handle e-Transport compliance entirely through the browser interface — no technical integration needed to get started.
For companies with existing ERP or WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), API and EDI connections are available to automate data flows. Most clients start with the web interface and add integrations as a second step once the core platform is live.
How long does it take to go live?
Deliwell is designed for fast deployment — not a 12-month implementation project:
- Create your account and send your first transport request: under 30 minutes
- Standard setup (no ERP integration) — live in 1–2 weeks, including carrier onboarding and team training
- With ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) — live in 4–6 weeks, including integration scoping, configuration, and parallel run
We assign a dedicated project manager to your implementation from day one through go-live. No surprises, no scope creep.
Can we pilot Deliwell before committing to a full rollout?
Yes. We offer a structured 3-week Proof of Concept (POC) — Deliwell runs live on a defined scope of your operations (a specific route cluster, carrier group, or business unit), and we measure the results against your current baseline.
The POC produces concrete, comparable numbers: time saved per transport, compliance rate before and after, document error rate, and cost delta. You make the full rollout decision based on data — not promises.
No long-term commitment required to start a POC. If the numbers don't justify a rollout, we say so. If they do — which is the typical outcome — we move directly into full implementation.
We are a group of companies — can we manage multiple entities in one account?
Yes. Deliwell is built for multi-entity and multi-site operations. A parent company and its subsidiaries, operating companies within a transport group, or a shared services centre managing logistics for multiple business units can all operate on the same Deliwell instance — with controlled separation of data, users, and reporting per entity.
- Each entity has its own transport orders, documents, carriers, and KPI dashboards
- Group-level administrators see across all entities; site-level users see only their own data
- Compliance, billing, and reporting can be consolidated at group level or managed per entity
- New entities are added to an existing account — no separate implementation required
Ideal for holding companies, multinational groups with worldwide operations, and shared logistics teams serving multiple legal entities.
Can I work with carriers from across Europe and beyond?
Yes — Deliwell manages a mixed carrier base across geographies in a single platform. You can onboard and coordinate EU-based carriers (German, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Polish, and more) alongside non-EU international carriers — all within the same platform.
- EU carriers — standard documents, hard copy CMR ,e-CMR, digital POD, and standard European transport documents handled natively.
- Non-EU international carriers — standard document management and shipment tracking via web interface mobile app or EDI.
- All carriers — centrally managed profiles with certifications, contact data, and performance history in one place
Whether your carrier network spans two countries or twenty, Deliwell gives you a single control point — regardless of where each carrier is headquartered.
